1. Click on the Chart Axis
Click on the labels (numbers) of the axis you want to change in your graph. This will select the axis.
2. Select “Axis Options” in Format Axis
When the axis is selected, the “Format Axis” pane usually appears on the right side of the screen. (If it does not appear, right-click on the axis and select “Format Axis”.)
Select the “Axis Options” icon (looks like a bar chart) in the pane.
3. Open “Number” Settings
Scroll down to the bottom of the “Axis Options” menu and click on “Number” to expand the section.
4. Change “Category” to “Number”
Find the “Category” dropdown menu and change it from “General” (or “Source Linked”) to “Number”.
5. Set “Decimal places” to 0
Once you select “Number,” a box for “Decimal places” will appear. Change the value in this box to “0”.
6. Apply Settings
Once you press Enter or click away, the settings will be applied immediately. The decimal points in the axis labels will disappear, and only integers will be displayed.
